Refund, Replacement, and Return Policy
We want your shopping experience at Peter & Co to be as smooth as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about refunds, replacements, and returns.
Order Issues

Order Delays
If your order has no tracking updates, is pending, or remains in transit beyond 60 days from the original shipping date (45 days for U.S. orders), we’ll issue a refund or resend the product at no extra cost. -
Delivered Orders
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, a non-delivery certification from your local post office will be required before we can issue a refund or replacement. -
Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, you’re eligible for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. To confirm, please provide photo or video evidence of the damage. -
Incorrect or Missing Products
If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, we’ll provide a full refund or replacement once photo or video evidence is submitted.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if requested before the order is processed and shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled.
Important Notes

In most cases, returns are not required to receive a refund or replacement.

Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method.

Fit-related returns are not accepted unless the wrong size was sent (see our “Incorrectly Sized Clothing” policy below).

What to do if your order arrives in the wrong size.
At Peter & Co, we want you to love every piece you order. If you received an item in a different size than what you selected at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Here’s how it works:
When You Can Request a Refund or Replacement
We’ll happily issue a refund or reshipment at no extra cost if:

The size you received is different from the one you selected at checkout

You can provide the required evidence
What We Need From You (required evidence)
To confirm the issue, please provide:

A clear photo or video showing the size you received (such as the product label or tag)

A screenshot of your original order showing the size you selected
Once verified, our team will process a refund or send a replacement.
Refund & Replacement Limitations

If the correct size was sent and a size chart was available on the product page, we cannot offer a refund or replacement if the item doesn’t fit as expected.

Returns for fit issues are not accepted unless an error was made in fulfilling your order.

If you still wish to return the item, you may send it back to our personal return address (not our supplier’s).
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you will need to do the following to initiate the returns process.
Send an email to: info@peter-and-co.com
Make sure the email contains the following:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage First name + last name of the customer Address of the customer
We will then speak to you and give you the return address.
Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you have asked us to do so. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
